Hi, I'm Pandji.
For a decade, I’ve been designing technology that amplifies human good. At Ascension, that meant improving prior-auth tracking to reduce delayed or denied care and increasing telehealth adoption by working with doctors. At TCARE, reducing the time to a care plan for a family caregiver in need.
At Washington University in St. Louis, I research how it could amplify calm and presence instead.

Experience
- Design research, teaching & consulting
- Built a haptics testing platform end to end, scoped and ran the project for a three-person research team, and took the study through IRB
- Built the website for a design leader's Emerging Patterns report and edited design leadership videos for two courses
- Design consultant (contract, part-time) at Ascension; made decks for a leadership summit and board meetings
- Senior Experience Designer
- Led the design function in Clinical Transformation (2024–2025), training the two designers who joined
- Led communications design on an end-to-end research project for pharmacy transformation (workshops, prototypes, user studies, service blueprints, journey maps). The work reached top leadership and started new workstreams
- Led design of AuthConnect, a prior-auth worklist built to adapt across two EHR design systems (athenahealth's Forge, Cerner's Terra), deployed in 7 markets
- Raised Video Chat adoption from 46% to 55% with features that fit clinicians' EHR workflow, plus training and onboarding videos
- Shaped internal and external presentations with C-suite leaders
- Gave three talks to Ascension's design community of practice (nudge and persuasion, design fiction, writing with personality)
