MedTrack: Designed SMS medication reminders, piloted in 2 markets with 80+% participation. 2024 Work in progress.
Video Chat: Clinicians live in the EHR so we met them there. Adoption rose from 46 to 55%.. 2023
Ascension Rx: Led communication design for a pharmacy strategy that reached top leadership. 2021
Price Transparency: Design research past a federal pricing mandate, centering human dignity in healthcare service access. 2020 Work in progress.
